A zoom meeting is in many ways more challenging than an in-person meeting because it you are even less anchored in your power in this virtual setting. However, once you know what you are doing, you can easily anchor yourself, magnify your power, and bring your power back from anyone who tries to drain it from you.
Once you are in the call, you can pull your power back from the group or from individuals exactly like you did in our workshop. The more you do this the quicker you will get at it.
It’s also a good idea to use your ‘laser focus’ on your feet, the base of your spine and your stomach throughout the meeting to reinforce your power.
